About "My FBC"


DESCRIPTION:

"My FBC" is a way for you to easily access information that pertain to the relationships you have at First Baptist Church of New Castle. This includes an online church directory (with photos), upcoming events that you are registered for, groups that you are part of, and ministry teams that you serve with. In addition, you can view all of your giving to FBC, both your online donations and also those made in person during weekend services.

 

SERVICES:

You can edit your personal information on My FBC, and the system will automatically inform the church of your updates. You can choose which information you want to display in the online FBC Church Directory include changing photographs of yourself, your family, or your individual family members. You can email groups and ministry teams that you are members of. If you are leading a group or ministry team, you will have the ability to post online documents and links to the group page. You can give online here, and if you are committed to giving regularly, you can even schedule future donations to happen automatically!

search for "Elexio" in the Apple Store or the
Google Play store and select "MyChurch"

PRIVACY:

The FBC Church Directory is only accessible to users who have created an account online and have been approved by a staff member for directory access. Online users can only see those groups and ministries that they are personally involved in. Your contact information is only accessible by you or a fellow family member. Your donation history is only accessible to you (or immediate family) and to a handful of people church leaders who must know for stewardship reasons.

 

HOW TO USE:

You will need an email address to register for an account online. The account creation process requires you to retrieve a security code from your email inbox to ensure that you are who you say you are. Click Here to Create An Account.  If you would like to use My FBC and you do not have an email address yet, please sign up for a free Gmail address here.

ONLINE GIVING FAQ'S

Can I schedule recurring donations?

Yes, you can specify whether you want your donation made once, weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly. You can set up as many scheduled contributions as you prefer.

Will I still receive a contribution statement?

Yes, you will still receive the usual yearly giving statement that includes both online contributions and those given in person. You can also login at anytime and check your giving record using the "My Giving" tab of "My FBC."

What payment methods can I use?

You may use a bank account, for which you will need the bank routing number and account number. Using your bank account is our recommended method. You can also use a debit card.

What if I change banks or want to change the date, frequency or amount of my contribution?

You can cancel a scheduled contribution at any time. You can then recreate a new recurring gift with the correct information.

Do I pay any fees to give online?

No, there is no charge for you to give online. You get full credit for your entire donation amount even though we obviously incur some fees when accepting credit/debit cards.
